How to Make an at Home Spa
Are you sick of being bored at home and want to relax?
Then I have the solution for you.
Footbath
- Get a foot bath or large bowl
- Fill halfway with steamy water
- Add a bath bomb which is optional
Nails
- Go grab your favorite nail polish or polishes
- Prep nails
- Lightly buff the surface of your nail with a nail file
- Gently push back cuticles
- Apply a nice thin base coat-which is optional
- Then apply a few coats of your colored polish of choice
- After that, apply an optional topcoat to finish it off
Sauna
Disclaimer: This will not be the same as an actual spa experience but it is the closest thing that I could think of.
- Go and fill your bathtub with some nice steamy water
- Optional - add bath salts, rose petals, or. Bath bomb
- Relax for 30 - 60 minutes
- Watch a show or read a book/magazine
Face mask
- Apply a face mask while in your bath, just out of your bath, or just before your bath
- Use a wash off mask vs. a peel-off mask if you have one
- Leave on for the recommended amount of time
- Take off and feel refreshed
