How to  Make an at Home Spa

Are you sick of being bored at home and want to relax?
Then I have the solution for you.

Footbath
  • Get a foot bath or large bowl
  • Fill halfway with steamy water
  • Add a bath bomb which is optional
Nails

  • Go grab your favorite nail polish or polishes
  • Prep nails
  1. Lightly buff the surface of your nail with a nail file
  2. Gently push back cuticles
  • Apply a nice thin base coat-which is optional
  • Then apply a few coats of your colored polish of choice
  • After that, apply an optional topcoat to finish it off










Sauna

Disclaimer: This will not be the same as an actual spa experience but it is the closest thing that I could think of.
  • Go and fill your bathtub with some nice steamy water
  1. Optional - add bath salts, rose petals, or. Bath bomb
  • Relax for 30 - 60 minutes 
  1. Watch a show or read a book/magazine













Face mask

  • Apply a face mask while in your bath, just out of your bath, or just before your bath
  1. Use a wash off mask vs. a peel-off mask if you have one
  • Leave on for the recommended amount of time
  • Take off and feel refreshed
